Exchanges and Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, I’m happy to offer an exchange for the same item. Contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. Non-custom items are eligible for exchanges if returned in their original condition. Please reach out within 14 days of delivery, and ship the item back to me within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
